Khmer New Year was from April 14 to 16. As a result, the Ministry of Education did not approve the construction documents until after New Year.
We can now assert that we accomplished some major goals:
- Restoring the road required to carry the construction materials built by the Cambodian Ministry of Transportation (MPWT)
- Getting the construction plans approved by the Cambodian Ministry of Education (MOEYS)
- Sending the first milestone payment sent to the local construction contractor arranged by the NGO, Teach Them To Fish.
The next step is to have the construction materials delivered to the site! It’s all happening!
